Danny Dietrich on top at Lincoln; Selinsgrove, Port Royal & BAPS on deck

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (April 6, 2026) - Improvement was the goal, and improvement is what he achieved, as “Double-D” Danny Dietrich turned his Saturday visit to the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway into a triumph, climbing his way forward from 11th to secure the win over Freddie Rahmer and Cameron Smith. Dietrich, now a two-time Central Pennsylvania winner in 2026, clinched his victory in the closing circuits, taking advantage of a Rahmer mishap in turn four allowing “Double-D” to slip by underneath.
Dietrich, the ace of Gary Kauffman’s Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Speedway Volkswagen & Subaru, Self Made Racing, York Excavating, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, No. 48 sprint car, kicked off his Easter Weekend efforts with a top-ten at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, April 3; he was scored tenth.
As noted, the Lincoln victory was Dietrich’s second of 2026. The Gettysburg ace earned his first at the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace” on March 21.
“Super happy with our efforts at Lincoln Speedway,” Dietrich said. “We were kinda torn on where to go on Saturday. We kept an eye on the weather and weighed some other factors, but Lincoln was the obvious decision. We needed to get better there and things paid off. The results speak for themselves. We have another big weekend ahead…we’ll be ready.”
ON DECK:
Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing will continue their 2026 season with visits to Selinsgrove Speedway, Port Royal Speedway, and BAPS Motor Speedway on Friday through Sunday, April 10-12. Saturday’s visit to Port Royal will feature the PA Posse 410 Sprint Series.
