Dietrich scores back-to-back top-tens during Summer Nationals; Grove, Port, Knoxville all ahead

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (July 30, 2019) – ‘Double-D’ Danny Dietrich represented his Central Pennsylvania fanbase well during the recent weekend, not only qualifying for back-to-back World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series main events during the annual Summer Nationals program at Williams Grove Speedway, but the Gettysburg-native finished inside the top-ten during both outings, highlighting all starts with a fifth place finish on Friday, July 26. 

Missing a second consecutive top-five performance by two positions, Danny Dietrich, driver of the Gary Kauffman Racing/Weikert’s Livestock/Sandoe’s Fruit Market/Pace Performance/Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts/Drop Of Ink Tattoo/Sweeney Cars/Self Made/No. 48 sprint car, ended his Summer Nationals campaign with a seventh place finish during the $20,000-to-win finale on Saturday, July 27. GETTYSBURG, Pa. (July 22, 2019) – It was a short week for ‘Double-D,’ but the outcome was big, scoring the $8,080 Mitch Smith Memorial victory at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, July 19.

For Dietrich, the World of Outlaws tune-up triumph bumped his season win total to 12, four of which at Williams Grove Speedway. Impressive enough, Dietrich has officially surpassed his 2018 win total by two victories; a perfect momentum boost entering a busy stretch that includes multiple World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series starts at Lernerville Speedway and Williams Grove Speedway, respectively. Danny Dietrich highlights three-race weekend with $10,000 win at Orange County Fair Speedway

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (July 15, 2019) – ‘Double-D’ Danny Dietrich put together an impressive stretch of performances during his recent weekend of competition, not only securing three consecutive podium finishes, but clinching an All Star Circuit of Champions victory in the process, doing so at Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown, N.Y., on Saturday, July 13. The main event victory, paying a hefty $10,000, was the icing on an impressive evening in Middletown, kicking things off with a heat race victory, followed by a victory during the evening’s dash. 

In addition to his victory at Orange County Fair Speedway, Dietrich secured podium runs at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, July 12, as well as at Lebanon Valley Speedway on Sunday, July 14. The podium streak bumped Dietrich’s top-five total to a staggering 32 in 2019, 11 of which are victories including two with Tony Stewart’s All Star Circuit of Champions. Read more »

Dietrich ends PA Speedweek with six top-tens, third in final standings

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (July 8, 2019)  – Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing capped off the 2019 edition of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek in tremendous fashion, not only finishing third in the final Speedweek standings, but the Gettysburg-native captured six top-ten finishes in the process, highlighting all starts with a third place finish during the first of two Port Royal Speedway appearances on Wednesday evening, July 3. 

In addition to his podium run, Dietrich finished sixth during the Williams Grove Speedway opener, eighth during his Lincoln Speedway visit on July 1, sixth during his visit to Grandview Speedway on July 2, fourth during Hagerstown (Md.) Speedway’s program on July 4, and fourth again during Port Royal Speedway’s Speedweek finale – the Greg Hodnett Classic – on Saturday, July 6. Read more »

Dietrich earns wins at Lincoln and Williams Grove with Ohio Sprint Speedweek starts in between; PA Speedweek next

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (June 24, 2019) – It was quite the nine-day campaign for Gettysburg, Pennsylvania’s Danny Dietrich, not only entering action on home dirt in Central Pennsylvania, but also making the trip to the Buckeye State to join the All Star Circuit of Champions during Ohio Sprint Speedweek.

With Mother Nature causing some issues along the way, Dietrich ended his nine-day campaign with six main event starts, two of which resulting in victories. ‘Double-D’ secured wins at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, June 15, as well as at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, June 21. The pair of wins bumped Dietrich’s season win total to ten, officially equalling his 2018 win total.

In addition to his victories, Dietrich secured two other top-five performances in the Keystone State, kicking off his nine-day schedule with an impressive charge from 15th to finish fifth at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, June 14. GETTYSBURG, Pa. (June 10, 2019) – Danny Dietrich’s weekend was nearly flawless. Not only did the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania-native successfully enter five main events in four days, but the current Central Pennsylvania sprint car point leader attained five top-ten finishes in the process, three of which on the podium.
